Job position: Director of Marketing, PR and Communication Department

Department: Marketing

Location: Tirana

Summary: The Director of Marketing, PR and Communication Department is responsible for directing and managing all day-to-day Marketing activities of the company, PR, Communication and actively participates in Product Development processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships across multiple media agencies to deliver approved KPIs within agreed budget.
  • Create and improve processes for collecting/analyzing data, evaluating the impact of programs, and providing actionable insights for the future.
  • Applying the media relations strategy as planed and approved by the Group, seeking high-level placements in broadcast and online media
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting clients and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.


  • Manage the corporate branding.
  • Implement methods of modern merchandising, secure that the Interior design of the shops correctly adopts Branding regulations and internal manual specifications.
  • Responsible for brand management company identity and image.
  • Implement PR action plans as per approved PR Strategy by the Group.
  • Coordinate and interact with the media as per approved plan by the Group.
  • Organize events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours for company needs.
  • Manage social media channels for targeted campaigns.
  • Apply and implement the CSR action plan annually approved by the Group based on the Group CSR Strategy.

  • Promote CSR activities in the media, social networks etc.
  • Follow the instructions developed by the Group on Crisis situations.
  • Advising company staff on handling and working with the media according the guidelines and policies at group level on Crisis management.


  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager
  • Bachelor degree (MBA preferred)
  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • English fluent
  • Highly computer skilled
